Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of krezio.org, the Own Your Number guide, and the Krezio app (together, "the Services"), operated by Roch Management LLC. By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these terms.
1. Not Legal or Financial Advice
Krezio provides educational content about credit repair rights and processes under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). We are not a law firm, a Credit Repair Organization under CROA, or a financial advisor. Nothing in the guide or app constitutes legal, financial, or credit repair services performed on your behalf.
2. No Guaranteed Results
Credit outcomes depend on your individual credit history, the accuracy of your existing report, and the response of creditors and bureaus — all of which are outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific score increase, removal of any item, or timeline for results.
3. The Guide
- The Own Your Number guide is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase via Gumroad.
- The guide is for your personal use only. Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing the guide or its contents (including letter templates) is prohibited.
- Refunds are handled according to Gumroad's standard refund policies unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.
4. The App (When Available)
- App access is granted via a unique access code tied to a qualifying purchase.
- Access codes are non-transferable and may be revoked in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or refunds.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any dispute or deadline information you enter into the app.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to submit fraudulent disputes, misrepresent facts to credit bureaus or creditors, or otherwise engage in unlawful activity.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roch Management LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the guide or app, including any credit decisions made by third parties.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
