Krezio ("we," "us," "our") is a brand operated by Roch Management LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through krezio.org and how we use it.

- Purchase information: When you buy the Own Your Number guide, payment is processed by Gumroad. We receive your email address and purchase confirmation — we never see or store your payment card details.
- Waitlist information: If you join the app waitlist, we collect the email address you provide.
- App account information: If you redeem an access code for the Krezio app, we store your email address and dispute-tracking data you enter within the app.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver the guide and any app access codes you've purchased
- To send you product updates, including notifying you when the app becomes available
- To provide customer support if you contact us
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate Krezio, each with its own privacy practices:
- Gumroad — payment processing and guide delivery
- Resend — transactional email delivery (access codes, receipts)
- Netlify — website and app hosting, data storage
4. Data Retention
We retain account and purchase information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app and guide. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@krezio.org.
6. Children's Privacy
Krezio is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
